Terms
The deal, written down before you buy it.
These terms cover the founding pilot: one website lead form traced end to end, its notification path verified, one qualifying in-scope defect repaired if one is found, $995. They say the same thing the sales page says, which is the point.
Who these terms are between
These terms are between Trinity Vantage Group LLC, the contracting seller and operator, and the business that buys the founding pilot. Trinity Vantage Solutions is the public-facing brand Trinity Vantage Group LLC trades under for this work. When these terms say “we”, they mean Trinity Vantage Group LLC.
They take effect when we confirm your setup qualifies and you accept the engagement in writing.
What you’re buying
One engagement, fixed at $995, covering one public lead, contact, or estimate form that you select. It includes:
- Verification that the form itself submits correctly
- Diagnosis of the notification path, from submission through to the inbox
- Repair of one qualifying in-scope notification or acknowledgement defect, if one is found, made reversibly, inside your existing platform
- Confirmation that the owner or business alert is received
- Response-time measurement installed where the platform supports it
- An end-to-end test after the change
- Before and after evidence, plus a written note on how to undo the change
- Same-day removal of any temporary access you granted us
- A review 14 days after the work closes out
The price does not move once the work starts. If the job turns out to be bigger than the pilot, we say so and stop rather than billing more.
Platform support
The founding pilot currently covers selected Wix Forms setups. Not every Wix setup qualifies. We check yours during qualification. We add a platform only after we have rehearsed the repair on it.
What’s not included
This engagement does not cover:
- Rebuilding or redesigning your website
- Replacing or managing your CRM
- Managing your advertising or marketing
- Phone systems or missed-call routing
- DNS, hosting, email deliverability, or spam troubleshooting
- Custom code, APIs, webhooks, or integrations
- Open-ended custom software
- Vendor management or account recovery
- Data migration or staff training
- Ongoing monitoring or a retainer of any kind
If what you actually need is on that list, this pilot is the wrong purchase and we will tell you so rather than stretching the job to fit the invoice.
Qualification and payment
Qualification comes first. You tell us the form and the platform, we confirm whether the setup fits, and only then does payment enter the picture. If it doesn’t fit, you owe nothing and there is no obligation on either side.
Payment of the $995 pilot fee is due in full after qualification and before work begins. Accepted payment methods will be provided with the invoice or payment link. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. We do not take payment details through this website.
Your side
- You own the business, or you are authorized to approve changes to the website.
- The information you give us during qualification is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You grant the temporary access the work needs, and you can revoke it at any time.
- You tell us if anyone else changes the same settings while the engagement is open, because that invalidates our before state.
If access is not granted or is withdrawn mid-engagement, we cannot complete the work, and we will say where we got to and what remains.
Our side
- Nothing on your site is touched without your written authorization.
- We change one thing: the qualifying notification defect we identified and told you about.
- Every change we make is reversible, and you get the note that says how.
- We record the before state, and you get it.
- Any access you grant us comes off the same day the work closes out.
- Test submissions use obvious test values, never your real customer records.
The 14-day review
Fourteen days after the work closes out, we check the same path again and confirm it is still behaving. If a defect we repaired has returned and nothing else on your side changed it, we fix it again at no charge.
The review covers the work we performed. It is not a warranty on your website, your platform, your email provider, or a different defect that surfaces later. If someone else changes the setting after we hand it back, that is a new job, and we will tell you that plainly rather than argue about it.
What we don’t promise
We do not promise revenue, leads, conversion rates, or any business outcome. What we promise is that the notification path we were hired to repair works, that we proved it worked, and that you have the evidence.
We do not control your website platform, your email provider, or their future changes. If one of them changes how notifications behave after we finish, that is outside what this engagement can guarantee.
Liability
Our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fee you paid for it. [ counsel to confirm limitation and any carve-outs ]
Every change we make is reversible and documented, which is the practical protection here: if something is wrong, it can be put back.
Ending the engagement
Either side can end the engagement before the repair is made. If you end it before we have made a change, you are not charged. If you end it after the repair is in, the work is done and the fee stands, and you keep the documentation either way.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [ governing jurisdiction ]. [ counsel to confirm venue and dispute process ]
Changes
We can update these terms, and the date at the top changes when we do. The terms that apply to your engagement are the ones in force when you accepted it, not whatever is on this page later.
