Privacy
What we collect, and what this site doesn’t.
Short version: this website collects nothing. If you send us a qualification request, we use what you tell us to answer it. That’s the whole arrangement.
The website
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising scripts. It loads no fonts, scripts, or images from anyone else’s server, so visiting it does not hand your visit to a third party. Nothing is written to your browser’s local storage.
The only files your browser requests are the ones we serve: the page, one stylesheet, one script, and the logo images. You can confirm that yourself in your browser’s network inspector.
Our web host keeps ordinary server logs, which typically include IP address, timestamp, and the page requested. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.
The qualification form
The form asks for:
- Your business name
- Your website address
- Which platform the form is built on
- Which form you want us to look at
- How you’d like us to reach you
- Your confirmation that you own the business or are authorized to approve changes to the site
We use that to decide whether your setup fits the founding pilot, and to reply to you. Nothing more. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.
Your answers are posted to our own server, recorded there, and a notification is emailed to our support address. The record sits outside the public part of the site and is not reachable from the web. No third-party form service sits in the middle. The page tells you plainly whether the submission was accepted, and never claims something was sent when it wasn’t.
Alongside your answers we store the time, the page you submitted from, your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent string. Those last two are kept for one reason: to recognise and throttle automated abuse of the form. They are not used to profile you and are not combined with anything else.
During an engagement
If you hire us, the work needs temporary access to the platform your form runs on. You grant that access, you see exactly what it is, and we remove it the same day the work closes out.
We record the before and after state of the notification path we were asked to repair. That record is the evidence you paid for, it goes to you, and we keep our copy as the job file. It contains the configuration we changed, not your customers’ personal data.
Verifying a lead path means submitting a test entry through your own form. We use obvious test values, we tell you what they were, and we do not use real customer records to run the test.
How long we keep it
Qualification requests that don’t turn into work: kept only as long as it takes to answer you and to remember that we already answered, then deleted.
Job files for completed repairs: kept as our record of what we changed and why, since that is what makes the work auditable and reversible after the fact.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what you sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we’ll do it. There’s no form to fill in and no account to close.

Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We won’t quietly broaden what we collect and leave the date alone.
